Apartament CABOPINO II - La Reserva de Marbella - Costa del Sol -Spain

 

2 bedroom apartment, in Eden Hill just 10 minutes drive from Marbella itself and 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Cabopino Marina and its beach. Sleep 4 comfortably. Walking distanced to local shops and restaurants.  The swimming pools an infant pool. Lifeguards are in attendance in the summer months. The complex is enclosed for your security .
The Lounge is light, airy and comfortably furnished, with settees and dinning table to seat 4 people. The television with DVD an receive the normal  channels . Direct access from the lounge to the  balcony.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, and other appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home, to allow you prepare the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol.

The Bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom is twin bedded. This makes the accommodation ideal for either golfers or family holiday. An extra child's bed can be provided to make it an ideal venue for a family of 5.
 

Reserva de Marbella has a direct access road to the beach, over a bridge.

Eden Hill is in the prestigious Reserva de Marbella area only minutes away from the marina at Cabopino and close to the centre of Marbella.

 

Near the apartment there is a small commercial centre with a bank and restaurant. Only 3 minutes away in the car is a large convenience store (open 7 days a week) and a 24-hour pharmacy.

In Puerto Cabopino you will find a good choice of restaurants around the charming marina.

Within only a few minutes you will find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sports facilities such as golf, water sports, tennis and horse-riding.

 

Puerto Banus and Marbella both offer fantastic shopping and a wealth of dining options.

 

The beach at Cabopino is one of the best on the Costa del Sol and you will find some lovely beach restaurants.
