The villa is situated next to TORREQUEBRADA GOLF COURSE and has fantastic views over the course. It is within 10 mins.walking distance from the BEACH. BENALMADENA MARINA & BEACH is a 5 minute drive, with the wonderful SEALIFE CENTRE. TIVOLI THEME PARK, great for the kids, is nearby and Benalmadena cable car is 5 minutes away. Within walking distance is TORREQUEBRADA HOTEL & CASINO which offers entertainment during the summer. FUENGIROLA IS A 5 MIN. DRIVE where there is a huge Tuesday market and interesting port with bars and restaurants. GOLFERS CAN ENJOY 20 courses within a half hour drive with TORREQUEBRADA GOLF right on your doorstep! Newly opened Supermarket at the entrance of the resort. There are numerous other supermarkets in the area. If you don´t wish to rent a car, taxis from the airport are plentiful, and cost about 30 Euros, and takes about 15 mins. You will be met at the apartment with the keys, and will be shown how to use all the facilities of the apartment

SEA-WORLD sea life centre, located in the marina, the Dolphinarium, in the centre of Benalmadena, CABLE CARS taking you to the top of the mountains for the breathtaking views, and numerous restaurants and bars. You can take the bus or train to nearby FUENGIROLA for it’s huge Tuesday market, or take a trip to MARBELLA to see the millionaire’s port of PUERTO BANUS. There are many restaurants near the apartment with a superb restaurant on the beach, open all summer.
GOLF: GOLFERS can enjoy several courses all within 20 minutes drive with TORREQUEBRADA GOLF right on the doorstep in Benalmadena.
Golf: Torrequebrada golf is 5 mins. by car with many other golf courses with a half hour drive.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance paid on arrival.
There is a 200 pounds security deposit charged on arrival, in cash, and refunded on departure less any breakages, if any. - Check-in time is from 14.00 onwards.
Check-out time is 10.00.
TRANSFERS TO AND FROM MALAGA AIRPORT CAN BE ARRANGED AT €35 EACH WAY FOR UP TO 6 PERSONS.
Grocery service: If you arrive later in the day or you wish provisions to be ready for you, if you supply us with a shopping list in advance we can arrange for your shopping to be done. The cost for this service is only 10 Euros plus the cost of your provisions. - We regret that we cannot accept single sex groups under 30 years old.
A cot and high chair are available on request at 15 pounds per stay.
