An excellent 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the first floor, facing east and west with 2 terraces in each direction over looking the garden. The bedrooms are very spacious with good-sized closets. There is one double and one twin-bedded room. The bathrooms are big and one has got also a separate walk-in shower. The double bedroom has bath / shower and toilet en-suite. Large lounge dining area leads directly out onto the west-facing terrace - large enough for a dinner of 6-8. The kitchen is fully equipped with, dishwasher, full oven and hob, microwave plus all the usual. SAT-TV plus SVT and Video. Garage. Within the community there are two smaller swimming pools and what is fantastic to this place is the direct access to the beach about 150 m from your apartment. What fantastic scenery! You walk in to Puerto Banus within 5 minutes!

This is an excellent apartment for families, beach-lowers, or for those who wants to be near the famous port. Available for short term from 960 euros per week.
