This cosy studio is located next to the Santa Ana and Mala Pesquera beaches, in the BENAL BEACH development, Av. Rafael Alcaide s/n. It's one of the best areas on Costa del Sol, located 8 km away from Malaga airport, 10 km from Malaga city and 1 km from Puerto Marina. Well connected by regional rail, bus and the Mediterranean Highway (Autovía del Mediterráneo). This beautiful complex has 24 hours reception, security service, supermarket, a small water park containing 5 pools with slides, there is also a Gym and Internet access (with additional charge). Next to the urbanization there is a huge amusement park with rides for children, a small lake and animals (rabbits, ducks, peacocks, etc.); also in the area you can find Selwo Marina, Tivoly World, Sea Life, and much more. In short, a perfect place for enjoying your holidays.

The studio is equipped with a big sideboard which contains one 140x200 cm f bed, a wardrobe for hanging clothes, a closet, a pantry closet, a double sofa-bed (ideal for a couple alone or with one or two children), electric 50 liters water heater, cold/heat air conditioning, kitchen with two ceramic hobs, crockery, glassware and cutlery, a tall refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, TV LCD with DTTV, a bathroom with a 1 meter shower, 6 m² terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the see.

Lovely renovated studio apartment located in the BENAL BEACH complex, one of the best neighborhoods on Benalmadena Costa (Malaga). The complex, located next to Santa Ana beach, has 24 hours reception and security, large parking area, bar-lounge, beautiful gardens with small lakes and fountains, great bathing area with 5 pools, water slides, bar and restaurant, lifeguard and recreational area. The complex is next to the gym "Atenas" with special price for residents (with all kinds of machines, sauna, jacuzzi, spa, etc.).

Very good location and communication as it is located next to the huge and relaxing park "La Paloma", 3 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk along the promenade to Puerto Marina (a recreational area with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs), close to bus stop and nearby train station. Price according to season.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
A 20% down payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining amount is to be paid in two installments: 40% payable within seven (7) days by bank transfer to the apartment owner’ bank account; the outstanding 40% to be paid in cash upon arrival. Also upon arrival a deposit of 100EUR is required, which will be returned in exchange for the keys at the time of departure.
