It is singular building right in front of the beach. It is situated on the Paseo Maritimo and apartment have beautiful views on the fact that it is in the center of the city, a few meters away from the shops, bars, restaurants, etc…There is two bedrooms, one bathroom, a salon with TV, table for 4 persons, sofa etc.

Located on the first floor of Eden Roc 1 on The Paseo Maritimo (a paved promenade running alongside the beach and stretches some 5 miles along the Golden mile from Marbella to Puerto Banus).The terrace provides the perfect place for watching the stunning sunrises and sunsets and overlooks the marina and beach. Just step out of the front door and you are straight on the beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. Perfect for al fresco dining. This apartment provides a comfortable holiday home for those who just want to relax, unwind and soak up the Spanish sun or those who wish to explore the delights of Andalucia.

Further details outdoors	Ideally located on the sea front in the centre of Marbella with shops, bars, restuarants, supermarkets and beaches all within easy walking distance. There is a taxi rank within a 2 minute walk and bus stops within 5 minutes. .
Further details	We live in central Marbella , our office is on Ricardo Soriano 55 , and normally meet our guests on arrival and are on hand should you require any assistance during your stay. Check in is normally after 2pm and check out 10am but we always try to be flexible if the apartment ia already empty. An additional payment maybe charged for check in outside normal office hours.

Marbella is part of Spain’s Costa del Sol, Malaga. Marbella's 'micro-climate' ensures a pleasurable Mediterranean weather all year round, with bright sunny days for the greater part of the year. The combination of mountain peaks of the Sierra Blanca tucked in against the coastline promises a very mild winter with an average maximum temperature of 22.8º C and a minimum of 13º C. Summers are dry and hot and can reach temperatures that go well into the 30's. Fortunately, due to low humidity, the heat is comfortable and not sticky or overbearing.

The main attractions not to be missed are Funny Beach, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, Mijas and Torremolinos Aquaparks and Tivoli World Amusement Park. Gibraltar is just one hour by car, Málaga - 45 minutes, Ronda - 60 minutes and Mijas - 35 minutes.

On Marbella's famous Golden mile and within walking distance of the Old Town. A beautiful Spanish town spead around Plaza de Naranjos (Orange Square) which has fragrant orange trees, quaint little shops as well as designer shops, traditional tapas bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. The beaches of Marbella are cleaned every morning and offer a quiet and pleasant spot to soak up the sun.Just 10 minutes away is Puerto Banus with its magnificent marina and alluring designer shops and lively nightlife.
